The Octoberfest event has been cancelled due to insufficient interest.
Click here to read a complete statement from our president, Tom Vos.

The October dinner meeting will be on Friday, Oct 11, 2024 at 5:30 PM, however, as explained in Tom's statement, we will be following a different format. We are turning our October dinner meetting into our own Oktoberfest. The committee has agreed to prepare the food (so it will not be a pot-luck) and cover the expenses with a $15 dinner charge. The menu will be the same as we intended to serve at the fundraiser, including one beverage (others available for purchase). We hope this will be an enjoyable social event and could even be a good opportunity for you to bring a friend or neighbor to get to know our club. We, of course, are hoping for donations towards our Scholarship Fund and some of you have already made one.

The Mission of the Baby Island Saratoga Club

To provide scholarships for the youth of South Whidbey Island and to maintain a community meeting hall.

More than ninety years ago a small group of South Whidbey Island friends and neighbors got together monthly to socialize . They eventually agreed to create a fund to provide scholarships for Graduating Seniors at the local high school.

In 1982 they sought and obtained a 501 (C) (3) Non Profit status.

That was the beginning of the Baby Island Saratoga Club or "BISC" as it is fondly referred to.

Help send a South Whidbey student to college or trade school.
